Before we visit
- Share your make/model (e.g., Dell OptiPlex 7050 / Lenovo T14 / iMac 2019).
- Tell us current storage size/type and RAM if known.
- Back up anything important if you can (we can help on the day).
- Have BitLocker/FileVault keys available if encryption is enabled.
Compatibility & limits: Some devices (e.g., certain ultra-thin laptops, Apple T2/Apple Silicon,
recent iMac/MacBook models) have soldered or proprietary storage/RAM and may not be upgradable. We don’t do
board-level microsoldering. Opening sealed units can affect warranty — we’ll advise options first.
