Strong, tidy FDM prints for brackets, mounts and prototypes
We offer single-colour FDM 3D printing for home and small-business needs — perfect for functional parts, fixtures and prototypes. Our enclosed Bambu Lab P1S delivers consistent results, especially with temperature-sensitive materials like ASA.
What we print
- Brackets, mounts, jigs & fixtures
- Cable guides, clips & small enclosures
- Prototype parts & one-off replacements
- Simple cosmetic parts and covers
- Basic TPU grommets & vibration pads
Materials & capabilities
- Materials: ASA, PETG, PLA, TPU (single colour)
- Max build size: ~256 × 256 × 256 mm
- Layer heights: 0.12–0.28 mm typical
- File formats: STL, 3MF (preferred)
- Tolerances: FDM-typical; we can allow clearance on holes/fits
Note: No AMS on this machine — multi-colour prints aren’t available (single-colour only).
Before we print
- Send your STL/3MF with desired material, colour and any strength/finish notes.
- Tell us if dimensions are critical so we can account for typical FDM tolerances.
- Let us know expected load/temperature/UV exposure to pick the right material.
- We can help do minor tweaks (orientation, infill, walls) for a stronger part.
Limits & notes: Single-colour FDM only (no resin, no metals). Not for structural or life-safety parts.
Some geometries need supports; surfaces touching supports may show light marks after cleanup.
FAQs
ASA for outdoor/UV and higher heat; PETG for strong, general-purpose parts; PLA for quick
prototypes; TPU for flexible pads or grommets. Tell us the use and we’ll recommend.
We can advise on print orientation, walls/infill and simple edits. Full CAD design is possible as a separate scoped task.
We don’t have an AMS, so prints are single colour. Simple one-time colour swaps at a chosen layer may be possible on request.
Printed threads work best at larger sizes; for small fasteners we often print clearance holes and use inserts/nuts.
Tiny holes may need drilling to final size after printing.
Standard service is clean-off and support removal. Light sanding or acetone-vapour smoothing (ASA only) can be discussed as an add-on.

Helpful: export STL/3MF at good resolution; include a screenshot of the part with key dimensions if any are critical.
