Before we visit
- Let us know if you have isolation valves for the area (under-sink or near the toilet).
- If possible, locate the main stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink or in a utility cupboard).
- Share the tap or toilet make/model if known, or send clear photos.
- Clear out the cupboard space under sinks for access.
Important: We do non-emergency plumbing only. We don’t work on gas appliances, boilers or
sealed heating systems — for those you’ll need a Gas Safe engineer. If you have an active leak you can’t stop,
please turn off the water and contact an emergency plumber.

We can usually shut off the main stopcock and add suitable isolation valves during the visit so future maintenance is easier.
No — we don’t service boilers or sealed heating systems, and we don’t work on gas. For that, please use a qualified Gas Safe engineer.
Yes — we can tidy silicone around sinks and worktops where needed as part of the job. If it’s a larger reseal, we’ll advise the best approach.
