Before we visit
- Clear a working area and check access (stairs/lifts, parking).
- Have the boxes in the room where furniture will live if possible.
- Share a product link or model name so we can estimate time and fixings.
- If you’d like wall-fixing, tell us the wall type (masonry/plasterboard/studs).
Notes: We follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use supplied fixings, adding appropriate wall anchors if requested.
Very heavy or built-in solutions may require extra time or specialist fixings — we’ll advise on the best approach.

We’ll document anything missing/damaged and pause the build if needed. Most brands supply replacements quickly —
we can return to finish once they arrive.
We can usually help with disassembly/reassembly and moving items within the home — just mention it in your message so we plan enough time.
We’ll flatten and bag the packaging for your recycling. If you’d like us to remove it, let us know in advance (there may be a small extra charge).
Yes — please share the exact configuration (heights/widths/doors/internals) and ceiling height. We’ll check clearance and advise on wall fixing.
